Since its inception in 1990, the Phlébocentre DeVinci has been fulfilling its mission to treat diseases of the venous system, while delivering personalized, high-quality professional service to its clients.

Important: All treatments, including injections, are performed solely by the physician.
Dr. Michel Dagenais, Phlebologist and Medical Director
Dr. Michel Dagenais has extensive expertise in venous disease. He stays on top of the latest non-invasive scientific discoveries to remain in the forefront of technology. He is a clinical instructor in radiofrequency education for other medical professionals.

He earned a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) from McGill University in 1977, and completed his multidisciplinary medical internship there in 1985. Early in his practice, he worked in Emergency at Pierre-Boucher Hospital in Longueuil. In 1990, he became interested in phlebology. He has been practicing his profession in Sainte-Julie ever since.
  • Presenter at "Le Congrès de la Société Française de Phlebologie" in Paris in December 2013 and at the Canadian Society of Phlebology in October 2014
  • Active member of the American College of Phlebology (since 2011), the Société française de phlébologie (since 2007) and the Canadian Society of Phlebology (since 1990)
  • Participant in numerous conferences, including the International Union of Phlebology.
  • Presenter of a lecture entitled "The Traveller's Phlebitis" at the annual Medisys Travel Health Conference held in Montreal in April 2008
  • Author of an article published in Médecins du Québec, July 2008: “La phlébologie : au-delà de l’esthétisme / Phlebology: Beyond Aesthetics
  • Diplomat of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (2009).
